The Ohio State women’s lacrosse team (2-1, 0-0 Big Ten) won their second game in a row, both on the road, topping the Cincinnati Bearcats (2-2, 0-0 Big 12) 19-8 at Nippert Stadium Monday.

Camryn Callaghan, who transferred to Ohio State after spending three seasons with UC, led the Buckeyes with six goals. Callaghan is a graduate of Upper Arlington High School where she was a team captain and four-year starter.

Kate Tyack, a Dublin Coffman alum, recorded a game-high seven points for OSU in the non-conference win. The Buckeyes got two goals from Tyack, Zoey Coleman, a Watterson grad, UA’s Annie Hargraves, and New Albany alum Maddy Paz.

Ohio State travels to Chapel Hill, N.C. to take on the North Carolina Tarheels (2-0, 1-0 ACC) Friday. The contest gets underway at 1:30 p.m. at Dorrance Field. The action can be seen on ACCNX.
